There will be no refunds on tickets purchased
for the festival.

The festival will take place “rain or shine”.

Must be 21 years of age to taste and/or buy wine.

Be prepared to show proof of age prior to entrance
to the festival.

Minors must be accompanied by a legal age
parent/guardian.

No alcohol may be brought onto the festival grounds.

No bicycles allowed on festival grounds.

No pets allowed (only service animals).

No distribution of literature allowed within public
easements or on festival grounds.

No coolers or picnic baskets allowed into the
festival grounds.

Wine Festivals LLC vendors have the authority
to refuse service to intoxicated persons.

Any disorderly or intoxicated person will be
removed for the festival grounds.

Wine Festivals LLC Website and board community are currently provided free-of-charge to users who agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Wine Festivals LLC reserves the right to change the nature of this relationship at any time, and to revise these guidelines and Terms and Conditions from time to time as Wine Festivals LLC sees fit. Users who violate the terms of this Agreement will have their access canceled and they may permanently be banned from using the Site and any interactive services.
